The booking fee reserves the appointment and is applied toward the initial diagnostic labor charge. It does not cover additional labor, parts, materials, taxes, travel, marina fees, or other authorized services.
Is the booking fee refundable?
No. The booking fee is nonrefundable and should be reviewed before scheduling or checkout.
Is the booking fee applied toward labor?

Standard weekday labor is billed at $125 per hour. Saturday, Sunday, and holiday labor are billed at the published higher rates for those service periods.

What happens if the hull has heavy growth?
Heavy growth may carry an added surcharge starting at $2.00 per foot, with the final surcharge determined after inspection.
Can you replace zincs?
Visible zinc and anode wear can be identified during service, and replacement can be performed when authorized, safely accessible, and appropriately scoped. Parts plus labor apply.
Do I need to be present?
Not always, but clear access, approval arrangements, and a communication plan are important. Some appointments may still require the owner or an approved representative to be available.
What happens if water conditions are unsafe?
Unsafe water conditions, poor visibility, hazardous marine life, strong current, marina restrictions, or similar safety concerns may require the appointment to be rescheduled.
